Self Diagnosis

Boarding the train, this woman mumbled something I didn't hear. When I said "Pardon me," she mumbled somthing about "a little help" then plopped her suitcase down on my toes. She then pulled this book out, a fairly appropriate title, as it turns out. She continued to mumble to herself throughout the trip. She later moved over to the next seat when another passenger left, which is when I managed to take this picture.
